- Is there smoking on the bus? Smoking vs. no smoking is a decision made
by the group chartering the bus.
- What is the age limit to enter a
casino?
In the United States you must be 21 years old and in Canada you must
be 19 years old.
- What proof of citizenship is required
to enter Canada?
You need a voter's registration card, a passport or a birth certificate
along with a picture ID.
- Where does the driver stop for rest
stops?
The group determines rest stops.
- Can we bring food or drinks on the
bus? Yes, but there is a $50.00
clean-up deposit if you are planning to bring alcoholic beverages.
- How many seats are on the bus?
From 47 to 55 seats.
- What if I only have a smaller group
of people and do not need a full size bus?
If your transportation needs do not require a full size motorcoach,
we can offer you services through our sister company, Hopkins Airport
Limousine Service. In their fleet of vehicles are vans with seating
from 11-25 passengers, mini-buses, limousines and sedans. Please visit

- Is there a bathroom on the bus?
Yes, in the rear of the bus.
- Are there VCR monitors on all buses?
There are between 2-4 monitors on the buses depending on the size
of the bus.
- What is your cancellation policy?
Thirty (30) days prior to trip date.
- How do I reserve a bus? A deposit of $100.00 is required to reserve
a bus, the bus is not confirmed until deposit is received.
- Where is the pickup location? You
can use one of our locations or we will pick you up at the location
of your choice.
