Rooming List: On multi-day tours, initial
rooming list is due 30 days prior to trip, unless specified in your
contract. Changes can normally be made up to 14 days prior.
BAGGAGE: Each passenger will be provided
with handling cost on one large piece of luggage throughout multi-day
tours. However, you may carry a small overnight case on board that will
be stored in the overhead racks on the coach. An overnight case is the
passenger's responsibility. Any items carried on the coach, such as
coolers, strollers, backpacks, or food, are the customer's responsibility.
Baggage handlers and drivers are not responsible for these items. Lakefront
luggage tags will be furnished upon request.

Required for Canada: LAND AND SEA TRAVEL - The following
summarizes information available on the Department of Homeland Security's
website. JANUARY 31, 2008 - U.S. and Canadian citizens
will need to present either a WHTI - compliant document, or a government-issued
photo ID, such as a driver's license, plus proof of citizenship, such
as a birth certificate. SUMMER 2008 - At a later date, to be
determined, the departments will implement the full requirements of
the land and sea phase of WTI. The implementation date will be determined
based on a number of factors. EXPECT the date of Full WHTI
implementation to be in the summer of 2008. The precise
implementation date will be formally announced with at least 60 days
notice.
PRICING: Our pricing is based on 34
and 40 paying passengers. Once your required number of paying passengers
has been met, you will receive two full complimentary packages. If group
size is smaller than 34, call for additional pricing.
Our prices are based
on quotations received late in 2007. In the event that we have an increase
from a supplier or because of our inability to forecast fuel prices,
we reserve the right to increase our prices accordingly.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax is not included in any of these proces. If your group
is not tax exempt and is traveling within the state of OHio, sales tax
will be added for the transportation.
GRATUITIES: Every travel package has been
priced to include the meal gratuities. The practice of tipping step-on
guides, tour escorts, and motorcoach operators is customary, but not
included. If you wish to show your appreciation, gratuities should be
awarded on a voluntary and individual basis. It is not necessary to
tip baggage carriers at hotels or restaurant personnel where meals are
included in the tour.
ESCORT: Group leaders will usually
act as the tour escort. A Lakefront Lines escort can be provided at
a fee of $75.00 per day, plus additional traveling expenses.
