Amish Back Roads Brown Bag Tour

Volant, New Wilmington, PA

Learn of the Amish Traditions during a narrated driving tour of the back roads of the Amish people. See and hear how the Amish live, work, and play. Begin the day at an Amish bake stand with fresh baked goods and a loaf of Amish bread for every bag.

Afterwards, Main Street Volant, a unique village of quaint shops full of Victorian collectibles, crafts, pottery, and Amish furniture, is a treasure trove of shopping the old-fashioned way.

Lunch will be served in the heart of town at the Neshannock Creek Inn. The Cheese House and Apple Castle offer cheeses, homemade candies, baked goods, fresh vegetables, and maple syrup products.

Also, visit Teena's Amish Quilt shop, featuring homemade Amish quilts and other Amish related items. We will have a local step-on guide who will answer any questions about Amish family life.

Bus Bingo Bonanza

Grove City–Volant–New Wilmington, Pennsylvania

Before the tour begins, you will be given bingo cards. After each stop, ten numbers will be called and prizes will be given for the winners along the way. A special cover-all will be played on the way home.

This fun shopping tour begins with the Grove City Outlet Shops where you will receive coupons for many of the stores that already offer up to 50 to 60% off retail prices. If you wanted to know where Blair went, we found their outlet store right here among all of the other great shops at Grove City.

Stop and relax at My Brother's Place Restaurant for a delicious lunch after a morning of "shop 'til you drop" shopping. A visit to The Shops of Volant (a quaint village of 30+ specialty stores) offer crafts, specialty foods and coffees, homemade fudge and wines, kitchen gadgets of every sort, Amish furniture, and Native American goods.

Next, The Apple Castle offers fresh fruits, cider, donuts, sweet corn, candies, and jams. Each passenger will receive a bag of apples, fresh-picked from the local orchard. Afterwards, The Cheese House features over 100 types of cheeses, specialty foods, Amish jellies, jams, fruit butters, souvenirs, and unique gifts. Everyone will receive a sample of their delicious cheese.
