"Damn Yankees"

CAROUSEL DINNER THEATRE - Akron, OH

Hey, Indians fans! This one's for you! Joe Boyd is addicted to baseball, particularly the Cleveland Indians. He is willing to do whatever it takes to bring his team to victory and win the American League pennant against the team we all love to hate – those Damn Yankees!

To become an all-star player, he is willing to sell his soul. Although there is an escape clause, the devil, "Mr. Applegate," is determined to keep Joe from returning to his normal life. The humorous and laugh-out-loud antics of the devil will have you in baseball stitches! His efforts are highlighted by the seductress, Lola. "Whatever Lola Wants (Lola Gets)," "Those Were the Good Old Days," and "Shoeless Joe" are entertaining additions to the score that will have you rooting for more!

Then, visit the wedding site of Humphrey Bogart and Lauren Bacall at the historic Malabar Farm. This 914-acre country estate home was a haven for many Hollywood celebrities. Stop at the new Bromfield Visitors Education Center which offers 30 interactive exhibits to let visitors explore, learn, and experience agriculture and Bromfield's legacy.

Stop at the Twisted Tea and Afternoon Art. Be the first to walk through the history of German tea tasting at the Twisted Fig Tea Room.
