Dear Traveling Friend,
Lakefront
Lines is proud to present our new 2010 tours as we celebrate our 51st
year of serving our many customers. We know that the economy affects
all of us, and we have done our best to keep the costs of our tours
as affordable as possible. Please take a moment and see what we have
planned for 2010.
These tours are
designed for individuals and groups of individuals having less than
20 in their group. If your group or organization has 20 or more people,
please refer to our Group Tours section. They can assist with your tour
scheduleing, meal planning, hotel accomodations, touring and much more.
Vision
Award: in 2008, Lakefront received the highest award
given by the United Motor Coach Association – The Vision Award.
This award is given to a company that engages in sound business practices,
has an excellent safety record, regularly employs innovative marketing,
operations, and customer service approaches, maintains its fleet to
the highest standards, raises the standards for all motor coach companies
and the profile of the entire motor coach industry, and gives back to
the community. The Vision Award is proudly displayed in our main office.
We feel honored and proud to have won this award.
New Tours: Have you ever
been on an underground cave boat ride, or experienced the Macy’s
Day Parade up close right in New York City? What about good old fashioned
Bavarian food at Frankenmuth, Michigan? Take our patriotic tour to Virginia
Beach and experience what and who made our country great! These and
many more exciting tours await you. Come travel with us in 2010.

Gambling Tours: Still popular and in demand are our
many gambling junkets that offer slots, table games, horseracing, riverboat
casinos, and more.
15
New Motor Coaches: In March,
2009 we received fifteen brand new 2009, deluxe MCI motor coaches. We
added six new 2008 MCI vehicles in May, 2008. We have the newest and
best fleet on the road. These coaches comfortably seat 56 passengers
and have DVD players with four monitors, CD players, a restroom, and
reclining seats so you can sit back and enjoy the view from our large
windows as you travel along.
Safety First: We are proud
to continually have the highest safety rating from the United States
Department of Transportation and the United States Military. Our fleet
is inspected yearly and our coaches are the safest on the road.
Reservations: To make
a reservation, please call us or stop by the reservation department,
located at 5308 West 130 Street in Parma, just around the corner from
our terminal. When you depart on one of our tours, you will park your
car at the terminal and wait in our waiting room until your motor coach
boards. Our telephone extensions are listed here for your convenience.
