Reservations are encouraged, and pre-payment is required for all reservations. Payments may be made in person at the office by cash, check/money order, or credit card (Visa, Master Card, and Discover). Credit Card payments may be made over the phone at the time of the reservation. If sending a check, we recommend making the reservation a week in advance so that the check arrives by the payment deadline. Payments must be received by 3 PM the day prior to the scheduled trip. For Sunday and Monday trips, payments must be at the office by 3 PM on the Friday prior to the trip.

Walk-ons (those without reservations) are permitted, but seat availability is not guaranteed. Walk-ons may pay the driver cash at the time of boarding.

• Canadian law requires that all persons entering Canada carry both proof of citizenship and proof of identity. A valid U.S. passport, passport card, or NEXUS card satisfies these requirements for U.S. citizens. To reenter the United States from Canada, U.S. citizens must present either a U.S. passport, passport card, NEXUS card, or Enhanced Drivers License. Non-citizens of the United States should carry a passport, visa, and necessary traveling papers to insure entry into Canada and return to the United States.
