Reservations are encouraged, and pre-payment is required for all reservations. Payments may be made by sending a check or money order, or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) over the phone at the time of the reservation. If sending a check/money order payment, we recommend making the reservation 10 days in advance to meet the payment deadline. Payments must be received by 4PM the day prior to the trip. For Sunday and Monday trips, payments must be at the office by 4 PM on the Friday prior to the trip.

Casino Cancellation Policy:
Full refunds will be given if the office is notified by 4pm two business days prior to reserved trip date. Reservations may be transferred one time to a future date as long as the office is notified by 4pm one business day prior to reserved trip date. No show, no refund or transfer.

Walk-Ons (those without reservations) are accepted if space is available. Walk-ons must pay the driver in cash at the time of boarding.

Canadian law requires that all persons entering Canada carry both proof of citizenship and proof of identity. A valid U.S. passport, passport card, or NEXUS card satisfies these requirements for U.S. citizens. To reenter the United States from Canada, U.S. citizens must present either a U.S. passport, passport card, NEXUS card, or Enhanced Drivers License. Non-citizens of the United States should carry a passport, visa, and necessary traveling papers to insure entry into Canada and return to the United States. Passengers between the ages of 19-21, will need two picture IDs to enter Caesar’s Windsor Casino
