The Group Tour Department at Lakefront Lines is aware of the fact that it is sometimes necessary to cancel a passenger(s) on a trip for which the expense has already been paid. While we understand that these last minute cancellations are sometimes unavoidable, it is not always possible to refund monies paid to us. We make every effort to secure refunds from attractions/restaurants/hotels, etc., but this is a process that can take weeks, if not months, to complete. As you are aware, ticket money is never refundable. If we are successful in obtaining refunds, your trip will be reviewed at that time for possible refunds or credits and you will be notified.

As valued customers, you can be assured that we share your desire to secure refunds for your group member(s) who have had to cancel. Thank you for your patience.
